    Question: if part of the shoot your in doesn’t make the cut you don’t get paid for that part of your day.

      That should definitely not be the case. If you worked a certain amount of hours, then you need to get paid for those hours, regardless of what does or doesn’t make the cut. Now, if the day gets cut short, and you work less hours, then you only get paid for the hours worked (or the minimum call, depending on your contract/union)
